I think more politics can be solved by blowing a man's back out.
Thanks for the fav, but as per Canadian Copyright law I do infact own the copyright to the AI generated artworks I make and buy
"Conditions for subsistence of copyright
5 (1) Subject to this Act, copyright shall subsist in Canada, for the term hereinafter mentioned, in every original literary, dramatic, musical and artistic work if any one of the following conditions is met:
(a) in the case of any work, whether published or unpublished, including a cinematographic work, the author was, at the date of the making of the work, a citizen or subject of, or a person ordinarily resident in, a treaty country"
No problem Pookie but I'm American so I don't care about Canadian Copyright laws and this says nothing about A.I and the link also doesn't say anything about A.I either. From looking it up myself A.I. appears to be in a gray area in Canada until they decide how it would be applied.
So it could be protected or they could follow the US and make it uncopyrightable.
You’re only hurting the people who purchase the ai art, not the creators themselves
If you purchase ai art and not just buy that program or just download that JPEG that's a you problem.
The name of your collection is hilarious!!
Thanks
You could at least ask bro
